摘要
本文给出一种凹光面栅双单色仪的双层结构形式。足够好地保证了两个单色系统的光谱同步扫描。采用全息凹光面栅减少杂散光,并按照凹面光栅的Eagle 装架参数确定拍摄全息凹面光栅的光路,以消除由于凹球形基片产生的某些固有象差,改善凹面光栅的象质。给出SDHR-1000全息凹面光栅双单色仪的某些实验结果。
The design and fabriction of double monochromator withthe double-decked structure which synchronizes the scanning of the twomonochromatic systems according to wavelength or wave number have beendescribed.Holographic concave gratings are used in the instrument for reducingthe stray light,and their recording parameters are determined on the basisof the Eagle mount of concave grating so that some inherent aberrations causedfrom the spherical base are corrected and the image quality is improved.Someexperimental results were obtained by using SDHR-1000 holographic concavedouble monochromator.
