肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄的诊断及治疗 被引量:7

摘要 肾积水是泌尿系统常见疾病;其病因广泛,肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄(UPJO)最为常见。UPJO的确切病因不明,可能与输尿管上段末端管化不全有关。UPJO导致肾积水的原因主要为:①内在性输尿管狭窄:狭窄段通常为1~2 mm,也可达3 cm。电子显微镜下可见在梗阻段肌细胞周围及细胞中间胶原纤维过度分布,久之形成以胶原纤维为主的无弹性狭窄段;
