采用先对棉包Lycra弹力纱线进行高温合理消弹的方法,解决常规氨纶弹力面料织造过程中纬停高,染整加工流程长,尺寸稳定性差的问题。开发弹性在15%～20%之间,平整度3.2级以上的具有良好的尺寸稳定性和透气性的Lycra FREEF!T fabric弹性衬衫面料。

To develop lycra FREEFIT stretch shirt fabric with the elasticity of 15% to 20%, smoothness of 3.2 or above, good dimensional stability and breathability, the first step is to make Lycra core-spun yarn under high temperature to reasonably erase elasticity. By using this method, such problems as high weft stoppage while weaving normal spandex stretch fabric, long dyeing and finishing process and poor dimensional stability can be settled.
