摘要
本试验先对商品分散染料进行了精制,对其浓度的提升进行了研究,然后对其使用不同增稠剂在不同工艺条件下的表观色深进行了测量。此外,本文还对商品分散染料使用不同增稠剂和在不同转印工艺下处理所得表观色深进行了研究,最后对商品分散染料转移提升率等应用性能本文也进行了初步探索。经试验,初步得出最佳的转移温度。结果还表明精制后染料的表观色深得到了较大提高。
In this research, we refine a commodity disperse dye, and study how to raise its concentration and measure its apparent colour depth when using different thickening agents under different process conditions. In addition, we conduct a research on a variety of commodity disperse dyes in respect of the apparent colour depth when using different thickening agents under different transfer printing process conditions and the applied nature such as transfer build up rate. The best temperature for transferring is determined through experiments. The results indicate that after refining, the apparent colour depth of disperse dyes has been improved remarkably.
