摘要
大跨度钢结构的拼装质量较难控制,拼装精度易受影响。施工中通过拼装场地处理、拼装胎架设计、拼装工序选择、使用新型工具链式钢管对接器,成功解决了大直径弧形管桁架的地面拼装精度控制问题,为后续施工的顺利开展奠定了基础。
Control on assembly be affected. Problems in control on quality of wide-span steel structure is difficult and assembly accuracy may assembly accuracy of large-diameter arch tube truss are successfully solved through treatment of assembly site, design of assembly jig, selection of assembly sequence and adoption of new chain steel tube butting device during construction, to pave a solid foundation for smooth development of subsequent construction.
