摘要
国家话剧院观众厅大跨度钢结构梁长28m,综合考虑施工工期及经济效益等多种因素,最终确定以分段吊装的方法施工,并且在钢梁分段点区别于顶板下方采用集中的密集支撑,以达到不仅确保支撑体系的安全性而且节省钢管脚手架用量的目的。
Abstract: The large span girder for auditorium of The National Theatre Company of China (NTCC) is twenty-eight meters long. Based on the construction period, construction cost and so on, the segment hoisting construction method is developed. In addition, intensive support is used on the girder nodes in instead of the top plate. Finally, the new segment hosting construction method of the large span girder can assure the security of the supporting system and save the quantity of the steel-tube scaffolds.
