摘要
跨节长杆网壳能形成非常复杂而又美观的连续外形,对各种建筑外观适应能力强,在建造过程中未用到任何脚手架支撑,仅借助于简单的施工顶升设备或机械即可完成网壳的曲弯成型,跨节长杆网壳的建造困难在于很难平衡结构在顶升时的柔性和承载时的刚性要求,通过一套可动夹具,使得跨节长杆网壳可在双层布置的基础上顶升建造,使构件的应力分布情况得到改善。
Cross-node long rod latticed shell can form a complex and esthetic consecutive appearance, providing high applicability to various architectural shapes. The latticed shell can be formed by using some simple jacking devices or equipments, without using any scaffold and support. During construction of the crossnode long rod latticed shell, it is difficult to balance the flexibility of structure during jacking and the rigidity during load bearing. A set of mobile fixture is used to jack the latticed shell in double layers, so as to obviously improve the stress distribution on component.
