Development of Microcomputerized Thermal Mass Flow Meter For Cases

微机化热式气体质量流量计是用新型热敏器件——铂膜电阻作为检测元件,并以MCS-51系列单片机为数据处理部件研制而成的.该流量计具有性能稳定、耐腐蚀、精度较高、响应速度快的优点。本文对流量传感器的工作原理、结构、检测电路及微机硬件、软件设计作了具体阐述,并给出试验结果。

New thermal sensor-pt film resistor being used as measuringprobe and MCS-51 single chip microcomputer being used as data processingunit,microcomputerized thermal mass flow meter for gases is developed.This flow meter has the advantages of stable performace,corrosion resistance,high accuracy,fast response.In this paper the principle,structure and meas-uring circuit of flow transducer and the design of microcomputer hardware andsoftware are described in detail.The testing result is also given.
