摘要
公司创业是指现有企业开发新产品并将其商品化,以及开展新业务的过程。在企业竞争日趋激烈,环境不确定性日益增强的背景下,企业只有保持创业精神,不断进行创新与创业活动,才能形成和保持竞争优势,得到持续的发展。苹果公司的迅速发展和超强的竞争力,显示出公司创业的巨大作用。本文在分析创新、内企业家和创业氛围对公司创业的促进作用,以及公司创业遇到的人员,管理、组织和经营方式方面的障碍基础上,提出了公司创业有效实施的对策,即明确内企业家的角色,创造适宜的创业政策和创业环境,以及建立适宜的组织结构。
Corporate entrepreneurship is the process of developing and marketing new products,as well as opening new business of present corporations.Facing the background of more fierce competition and more uncertain environment,the enterprise must keep the entrepreneurship,carry the creation and entrepreneurial activity continually,to produce and keep competition advantage,and get continuous development.The rapid development and great competition force of Apple Inc,display the great role of corporate entrepreneurship.This paper analyses the roles of creation,intraprenure and entrepreneurial atmosphere to promote corporate entrepreneurship,and the obstacles of people,management,organization and operation,put forward that effective corporate entrepreneurship is based on definition of the roles of intraprenure,creation of suitable supportive policy,environment,and organization structure.
