国际比较视角下的农业产业化经营

Agricultural Industrialization Management based on International Comparison Perspective

自从明确提出实行农业产业化经营以来,我国农业在龙头企业建设、农业增效和农民增收等方面取得了重要成就,但是局限于一些客观约束条件,农业的整体产业化水平仍然偏低,主要体现在利益分配机制、市场运行机制和政府管理体制等方面仍然存在较大不足。美国、荷兰、日本和我国台湾地区已经基本上实现了农业的产业化经营,现代农业发育程度较高,这对推进我国的农业产业化进程具有重要参考价值。因此,本文主要从国际比较的视角来重新审视我国的农业产业化进程,并根据可资借鉴的国际经验提出相应政策建议,希望能够对推进未来我国农业产业化经营有所启示和帮助。

Since the implementation of agricultural industrialization management clearly,the agriculture of China has made great progress on building leading enterprises,improving the agricultural efficiency and the income of farmers etc.But limited in some objective constraints,there is still large improvement space in the overall level of agricultural industrialization,such as the distribution of benefits,the market mechanism and the government management system.Meanwhile the experience on agricultural industrialization which the United States,the Netherlands,Japan and Taiwan of China have made has important reference value on promoting the process of China＇s agricultural industrialization.Therefore,it is inspired and helpful to promote China＇s agricultural industrialization in the future for examining China＇s agricultural industrialization and making appropriate policy recommendations from an international comparative perspective.
