可靠性是玻璃升降机设计的重要出发点之一。介绍了某双轨式玻璃升降机的基本结构以及受力状况,对原设计机械结构进行非线性强度分析,计算结果与实际的失效情况相符,对机械结构进行改进设计和重新计算,表明新设计能有效降低局部应力,提高升降机的强度和可靠性。

Reliability is one of the main concerns in window regulator design. The structure of a dual rail type regulator is introduced in this article, and the force implemented on it is calculated. Strength analysis is carried on the original design and the results are corresponding to the real failure mode. The regulator is redesigned and analyzed, and it shows that the stress of the new design is re- duced and the reliability can be improved.
