遗传PID在自动变速器比例阀控制中的应用

摘要 电液比例电磁阀作为自动变速器液压系统中重要的组成部分,其控制效果直接关系到换档过程的舒适性。对比例阀电流反馈闭环控制方法进行研究。首先,设计了比例阀的电流反馈控制系统硬件电路,为了能够达到较好的控制效果,利用遗传算法对PID的控制参数进行了整定,并采用了整定后的参数对比例阀进行控制。最后通过实车试验进行验证,结果表明:遗传算法整定后的PID控制器较传统Z-N法具有更好的控制效果。 Proportional valve is an important component of automatic transmission hydraulic system, whose control performance influences the riding comfort of the shifting process. In this paper, current feedback control method of proportional valve is researched. Firstly, the hardware circuit of the proportional valve control system with current feedback is designed, then Genetic Algorithm is used to tune the PID control parameters. Finally, the proportional valve is controlled by the tuned PID parame- ters in the process of gear shifting. It is proved by the test that the controller tuned by Genetic Algo- rithm has a better shifting performance, compared to the traditional Ziegler-Nichols method.
