摘要 大学教师发展是大学内涵建设的核心任务。为了引领教师发展,需要转换理念,以"发展"代替"培训",促进教师关心"教学学术",引领教师专业成长。在这一理念的引领下,需要以活动为载体,关注教师专业素养的整体提升,同时,需要从组织与政策方面予以支持,以保证教师教育活动的实施和教师专业发展共同体的持续发展。 The faculty development is the core task of university connotation construction.In order to lead the teacher development,concepts must be converted,we should "develop" instead of "training",promote teachers to care about "teaching and learning",and lead teacher professional development.Under the leading of the concept,we should take the activity as a carrier,and pay attention to teachers' overall promotion in professional quality.Meanwhile,the faculty development should get support from organizations and policies,so as to ensure the implementation of teacher education activities and the sustainable development of teachers' professional development community.
