Yuji and the Change of Jiang You's Poetic Climate in the Late Yuan Dynasty

受庐陵刘辰翁的影响,元初江右文人崇尚奇崛、峭厉之风,下者则流于剿袭炫博、以文为事。大德、元祐之际,虞集崛起江右。他力接"庆历、乾、淳"余绪,倡平易晓畅的文风,诗歌则主张"崇唐得古",以雅正为旨归,从而使江右诗文风气为之一变,并深刻地影响了明代的"江右派"乃至馆阁文学。职是之故,清末赣人杨希闵将他列为乡邦诗史"三宗"之一。

As the influence of Luling LIU Chenweng,in the early Yuan Dynasty,Jiang You＇s scholars advocated the unusual style,and the inferior scholars tend to boast their knowledge.During the years of Dade and Yuanyou,the Jiang You＇s poetic climate had been boosted by Yuji.He has inherited the remaining poetic climate of Qingli,Qian,Chun,and advocated the easy-to-understand writing style and Tang＇s poetry,made the poetic climate plain and elegant,then the Jiang You＇s poetic climate has been changed,which has a profound impact on the ＂School of Jiang You＂ in the Ming Dynasty and even the Guange literature.Therefore,YANG Ximin who was a poet in Jiangxi in the late Qing Dynasty was listed as one of ＂three masters＂ of poetry history at rural areas.
