摘要
提出了一种用于显现涉案ATM机打印凭条上潜在字迹的方法,为查明案情提供了技术支撑。在365~620 nm的范围内选取7个波段的光线作为入射光对检材进行照射,并在可见光至近红外区选取14个波段分别成像记录检材的发光亮度分布。通过用580 nm的黄橙光照射检材,并在垂直方向上透过780 nm的长波通滤光片进行成像,可以较清晰地显现出亮字暗背景的潜在字迹。实验结果表明,利用红外发光成像技术可以成功显现出ATM机打印凭条上的潜在字迹。
A method for detecting the latent numbers on receipts of Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) is proposed. In this method, the light of seven wave bands in the region from 365 nm to 620 nm are selected as the incident light for illuminating the sample to be detected and fourteen visible and near infrared wave bands are used to image the fluorescent luminance of the sample. By illuminating the sample with the light at the wavelength of 580 nm and image it at the wavelength of 780 nm through a long wave pass filter in vertical direction, the latent numbers on the sample can be displayed clearly. The experimental result shows that the infrared fluorescent photograpty can detect the latent numbers on the receipts of ATMs successfully.
