中医医疗事故鉴定制度探讨

Identification System of Chinese Medical Accidents

中医的医学传统文化迥异于西医行医理念,中医医疗事故鉴定制度应有不同的制度配伍,中医医疗事故纠纷应当由中医专家进行鉴定,确立由中华中医药学会组织鉴定的鉴定组成机制,坚决摒弃西医准则的介入;建立中医鉴定专家推举制;与推举制相结合,中医鉴定专家宜采取严格的鉴定具名制度,建立独立的中医医疗事故鉴定机制。

The traditional culture of Chinese medicine is quite different from the concept of Western medicine;therefore,the identification system of Chinese medical accidents should have different compatible system.Chinese medical accidents should be identified by TCM experts,the composition mechanism of identification by China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be established and the intervention of Western medical norms be resolutely rejected;the election system for TCM identification experts should be established;in combination with the election system,the strict anonymous system should be taken to elect TCM identification experts,so as to establish an independent identification system of Chinese medical accidents.
