天灸疗法对初治菌阳肺结核患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Tianjiu Therapy on Immune Function of Patients with Primary Smear-positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:观察天灸疗法对初治菌阳肺结核患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择初治菌阳肺结核患者120例,随机分为天灸组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规化疗方案治疗,天灸组在对照组治疗的基础上采用天灸疗法治疗。检测治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群数量。结果:对照组治愈41例,好转9例,未愈10例,有效率为83.3%;天灸组治愈46例,好转11例,未愈3例,有效率为95.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);天灸组治疗后淋巴细胞亚群中CD3、CD4、CD8和治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),和对照组治疗后相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:天灸疗法对初治菌阳肺结核化疗具有一定的增效作用,其作用机制可能与提高细胞免疫功能有关。

Objective：To observe the effects of Tianjiu therapy on the immune function of patients with primary smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods： 120 patients with primary smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into Tianjiu group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy,Tianjiu group were treated with Tianjiu therapy in addition to the conventional chemotherapy.The quantity of lymphocyte subsets was detected before and after the treatment.Results： In the control group 41 cases were cured,9 cases improved,10 cases not cured,the effective rate was 83.3%.In Tianjiu group,46 were cured,11 cases improved,11 cases healed,3 cases not cured,the effective rate was 95%.There was significant difference（P0.05） between the effective rates of two groups.After the treatment,CD3,CD4,CD8 of lymphocyte subsets were significantly different（P0.05） from those of the pre-treatment,and there were significant differences（P0.05） after the treatment compared with the control group.Conclusion： Tianjiu therapy has a synergistic effect on primary smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy,its mechanism may be related with the improvement of immune function.
