铜是一种对大气污染特别敏感的材料,尤其是对于那些以炼制高硫油为主、大气中含有H2S的石化企业,铜更容易发生腐蚀。铜质设备构件的腐蚀直接或间接地影响设备的性能,可能给企业安全长周期运行带来不可估量的损失。通过石化企业储罐导静电铜绞线、仪器仪表及控制设备中印刷电路板、接点或触电上的含铜镀层或铜材出现严重腐蚀的案例分析及处理结果,探讨石化企业大气环境中铜腐蚀的应对措施。
Copper is a material which is very sensitive to air pollution. It is easily corroded in the air containing H2S, especially the air in petroleum refineries processing high - sulfur crude oils. The corrosion of copper parts in equipment directly or indirectly affects the performances of equipment, which will have a great impact on the long - term safe operation of the units and great losses are the results. Based upon the analysis of severe corrosion on copper coated layers or copper materials in anti - electrostatic copper wire of tanks, printed electric circuits board, contacts or electric shock in instruments and control equipment, the countermeasures to control the copper corrosion in the atmosphere in petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants are studied.
