胜利埕岛中心二号平台污水系统腐蚀及其寿命评估

Corrosion Study and Service Life Assessment for Water Sewage water System of Platform Ⅱ in Shengli Chengdao Center

对胜利埕岛中心二号平台海水系统及污水系统储罐、容器及管道的壁厚及防腐层的防护状况进行检测,并在此基础上对管道、设备的特殊腐蚀形态和腐蚀原因进行了研究,通过检测评价与分析,确定了被检管道、储罐及容器需要更换、维修及重点监控的具体部位,为胜利埕岛中心二号平台污水及海水系统被检部分的更换、维修及维护提供了科学依据。

The wall thickness of storage tanks, vessels and pipelines in the sea water and sewage water systems of Platform Ⅱ of Chengdao Center and protection conditions of anti-corrosion layer were inspected, and the special corrosion forms and corrosion causes of pipelines and equipment were studied. Through the inspection assessment and analysis, the pipelines, tanks and vessels which needed replacement and maintenance and the locations which should be closely monitored were determined, which provided a good basis for replacement, repair and maintenance of equipment in sewage water and sea water system of Platform Ⅱ of Chengdao Center.
