老年餐后低血压致猝倒1例

摘要 1病历介绍患者,男,84岁,因头晕2个月、猝倒1次于2009年7月住院。既往患冠心病、椎基底动脉供血不足、腔隙性脑梗死等。2004年发现血压160/90 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）,此后每日自测血压,平时或晨起血压160～140/90～70 mm-Hg,在本院诊断为高血压,但未用降压药。2009年4月最高血压190/90 mmHg,出现头晕,
