MRI无创测温技术在高强度聚焦超声治疗肿瘤中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)作为一种真正意义上的无创治疗技术,可用于多种良、恶性实体肿瘤的治疗。其杀伤肿瘤的作用机制包括热效应、空化效应、机械效应等,其中最主要的是热效应。应用热效应治疗肿瘤应保证靶区温度在60℃以上(60~100℃),此温度范围可以在避免汽化、组织空洞形成及炭化结痂等不良反应的同时使肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死。从有效性和安全性两方面综合考虑,
