摘要
数字高压表是用于测量工频交流高电压和直流高电压的测量仪器。文章主要从数字高压表的结构和原理,校准方法以及测量结果不确定度几个方面进行研究和分析。
Digital high voltage meters are measurement instruments which used to measure the AC and DC high voltage. The digital high voltage meter structure and principle, calibrating method and uncertainty of measurement results are mainly researched and analyzed in this article.
