2008～2010年二类精神药品应用分析

Analysis on the utilization of psychotropic drugs category Ⅱ from the year 2008 to 2010

目的了解医院二类精神药品的应用状况和发展趋势,为临床管理及合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序和频度分析方法对医院2008～2010年二类精神药品的用药金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果医院2008～2010年二类精神药品的用药金额和用药频度逐年攀升,阿普唑仑、艾司唑仑、氯硝西泮等苯二氮卓艹类药物的用药频数均较高,以唑吡坦为代表的新一代非苯二氮卓艹类药物用量也在逐渐增加。结论该院二类精神药品中苯二氮卓艹类药物占主导地位,用药基本合理。

Objective To investigate the application and development trend of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ,and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The utilization of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ was analyzed in respect of consumption volume and DDDs.Results The consumption volume and DDDs of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ increased year by year in 2008-2010.The benzodiazepines such as lprazolam,estazolam and clonazepam were still in the important position in terms of DDDs,while the consumption amount of non-benzodiazepines such as zolpidem increased year by year.Conclusion Benzodiazepines still played an important role in the use of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ,and the application in the hospital was basically reasonable.
