摘要
【目的】探讨鲍曼菌素及其复配剂对梨黑斑病菌的抑制效果,为新型生物源杀菌剂的研发提供基础数据。【方法】采用生长速率法测定鲍曼菌素及其复配剂对梨黑斑病病原菌菌丝生长的抑制作用,采用田间调查法测定鲍曼菌素复配剂对梨黑斑病的防治效果。【结果】鲍曼菌素对梨黑斑病病原菌孢子萌发具有很强的抑制作用,且浓度越高,抑制作用越强。室内毒力测定结果表明,鲍曼菌素与嘧霉胺9种比例的复配剂表现出加和或增效作用,其中,在鲍曼菌素∶嘧霉胺=4~7∶6~3时有增效作用,鲍曼菌素∶嘧霉胺=5∶5时增效指数最高,达2.58。田间试验结果表明,333~500mg·L-140%鲍曼菌素·嘧霉胺复配剂对梨黑斑病的防治效果极显著高于对照鲍曼菌素、嘧霉胺和多菌灵单剂。【结论】鲍曼菌素及其复配制剂对梨黑斑病病菌具有较强的抑制作用,有望作为一种新的生物杀菌剂应用于植物病害防治。
[Objective]The present study was conducted to explore the antifungal effects of Acinetobacter baumannii and its mixtures against Alternaria alternata.[Method]Agar plate tests were conducted to test the inhibitory effects of A.baumannii and its mixtures on mycelial growth of A.alternata.And field investigation methods were used to determine its controlling effects.[Result]A.baumannii showed strong antifungal activity to mycelial growth of A.alternata and its activity increased significantly with increasing its concentration.The toxicity measurement indicated that mixtures of A.baumannii and pyrimethanil in 4-7∶6-3 ratio showed significant synergistic effects,and the highest SR of A.baumannii:pyrimethanil was 2.58 with ratio of 5∶5.Field investigation results showed that the control efficacy of 333-500 mg·L-1 40% mixture of A.baumannii and pyrimethanil was significantly higher than signal dose of A.baumannii,pyrimethanil and carbendazim.[Conclusion]A.baumannii and its mixtures with different fungicides had strong antifungal activity,and it may be recommend as a new biological fungicide for controlling plant diseases.
