摘要
在水力压裂中裂缝高度的控制对于压裂施工的成功与否至关重要,施工中有许多因素影响着裂缝高度的延伸,影响因素不同,采用控制裂缝的方法也不同。本文根据油田压裂的实际情况,结合FracproPT软件对压裂施工设计进行了优化,甄别出主要影响因素,并据此探讨了裂缝高度控制工艺。在某油田的实际施工中,利用FracproPT进行了裂缝控制模拟,结果表明,只要正确认识到主要影响因素,并采取合适的控制裂缝技术,就能有效达到控制裂缝高度的目的。
Fracture height control is extremely important for fracturing operation's success in Hydraulic Fracturing. In the construction of fracturing, there are many factors which influence the fracture height extension. For different factors, different fracture control methods were applied. In this paper, the fracturing construction design is optimized by FracproPT software combined with the actual oilfield fracturing, main factors are examined and distinguished, and the fracture height control technologies are discussed in view of these factors. The fracture height control is simulated by the FracproPY in an oilfield. The result shows that as long as the main influence factors are understood correctly only, and the reasonable control technologies are taken, the purpose of crack control will be achieved effectively.
