国产溶聚丁苯橡胶T 2000 R的基本配合性能

摘要 根据丁苯橡胶的基础配方,考察了国产溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)(牌号为T 2000 R)的基本配合性能,并与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)(牌号为1502)进行了对比。结果表明,对于SSBR,普通硫黄体系下硫化胶具有较高的撕裂强度和耐屈挠疲劳性能,而半有效硫黄体系下硫化胶的耐磨耗性能和耐压缩疲劳性能最优,相同硫化体系下,SSBR硫化胶的大部分性能均劣于ESBR;粒径越小和结构度越大的炭黑对SSBR硫化胶的增强作用越好,填充SSBR硫化胶的炭黑最高量大于ESBR硫化胶;防老剂RD的加入对SSBR硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能、耐磨耗性能和耐热空气老化性能具有改善作用;环烷油、古马隆和芳烃油的加入可提高SSBR硫化胶中的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐屈挠疲劳性能,尤其是古马隆和芳烃油的提高幅度更大;丁苯橡胶的用量不超过20份时,与NR/ESBR并用胶相比,NR/SSBR并用胶具有更高的撕裂强度和达到6级裂口时的屈挠疲劳寿命。 The fundamental compounding performances with commonly used ingredients of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(grade T 2000 R) were investigated according to the basic formula of styrene-butadiene rubber,and the results were compared with those obtained from emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(grade 1502).The results showed that SSBR vulcanizates with conventional vulcanization system had higher tear strength and flex fatigue life,while the SSBR vulcanizates with semi-efficient vulcanization system had excellent abrasion resistance and lowest heat build-up of compression,with the same curing system,most properties of SSBR vulcanizates were lower than those of ESBR.The reinforcement of carbon black increased with decreasing the size,increasing structure degree,and the maximum amount of carbon black filled in SSBR compound was slightly higher than that in ESBR.Antioxidant RD could improve compression fatigue resistance,abrasion resistance and hot-air aging properties of the SSBR vulcanizates.Naphthenic oil,coumarone resin and aromatic oil could increase tensile strength,tear strength and flex fatigue life of SSBR vulcanizates,especially the reinforcements of coumarone and aromatic oil was even more effective.When the amount of styrene-butadiene rubber was not more than 20 phr,tear strength and flex fatigue life to 6 grade crack of natural rubber(NR)/SSBR vultanizates were more higher than those of NR/ESBR vultanizates.
