肌激动器配合直丝矫治器双期矫治2类1分类错牙合30例临床观察

A muscle stimulator with straight wire appliance double stage correction of 2 division 1 malocclusion：clinical observation of 30 cases

目的：探讨肌激动器联合直丝矫治器矫治因生长发育期下颌后缩畸形致2类1分类错牙合,并行固定矫治的临床效果.方法：2007年11月至2009年11月,我院共收治30例下颌后缩的骨性2类1分类错牙合患者,我们采用双期矫治的方法对其进行治疗,第1期采用肌激动器进行矫治,使下颌骨呈骨性1类关系并使牙建胎.第2期采用直丝弓矫治术固定,将牙齿排齐、整平合曲线、调整并维持磨牙至中性验关系.结果：第1期经肌激动器矫治后下颌后缩现象得到有效纠正,使上下颌骨呈骨性I类关系,面型得到明显改善,前牙覆盖变小;第2期采用直丝弓矫治,矫治结束时,患者的牙齿呈整齐规则样排列、验曲线平整、磨牙呈中性关系.结论：肌激动器先期矫治后下颌后缩,然后采用直丝弓矫治器进行固定矫正,效果较好,使患者的面型得到了较好的改善,值得临床推广应用.

Objective：To investigate the activator device combined with straight wire appliance treatment period due to growth and development of deformities caused by mandibular retrusion a category 2 malocclusion,fixed parallel the clinical effects of treatment. Methods：From November 2007 to November 2009,30 cases were treated in hospital after the contraction of the jaw bone 2 a category malocclusion patients, we use two--phase treatment approach to their treatment, the first one using muscle exciting devices for correction,so that the mandible bone of a kind of relationship was making teeth built tire. Phase 2 uses a fixed straight wire ap- pliance operation,the teeth aligned, co--leveling curve, adjust and maintain the molar relationship to neutral experience. Results： Phase 1,after treatment by the activator device mandibular retrusion phenomenon has been effectively corrected,so that the upper and lower jaw bone I was kind of relationship, face significantly improved, smaller front teeth cover; （2） the use of straight wire appliance,the end of treatment, the patient＇s teeth were neatly arranged like the rules, and examination of the curve smooth, neutral molar relationship. Conclusion：Early treatment device activator after mandibular retrusion, and then use the straight wire fixed orthodontic appliance, the effect is better,so that the patient＇s face has been good improvement,worthy of clinical application.
