摘要
本文以浙江图书馆在采购中的商务谈判为例,详细解析了商务谈判的技巧和策略,指出细致的前期市场调查、周密的方案准备和灵活的策略调整是取得商务谈判良好结果的重要环节。
Taking the procurement of commercial negotiations of the Zhejiang Library as an example, this paper shows that how skills and strategies works in the business negotiation, which concluded that the preliminary and detailed market research, meticulous preparation and flexible strategy pro- gram adjustment do make good business results of an important part of the negotiations.
