摘要
为提高磁弹性扭矩传感器的测量精度和灵敏度,对一种利用软磁合金间接实现动态扭矩非接触测量的新方法进行了研究。首先,论述了所采用传感器的基本结构与工作原理,然后介绍了常用软磁合金的主要磁特性以及在被测材料表面附着的工艺方法,最后分别在试样转轴表面附着坡莫合金、铁基非晶态合金以及铁基非晶合金情况下进行了扭矩测量试验,并得出了每种情况下传感器的非线性误差、重复度误差以及灵敏度参数。结果表明,这种测量方法不仅简单方便,而且能够提高扭矩测量的精度和灵敏度。
In order to enhance the measuring accuracy and the sensitivity of the magnetoelastic torque sensor, a new method of non-contact measuring dynamic torque was researched by using some magnetically soft alloy. The structure and principle of the sen- sor used was described. Some main magnetism characteristic as well as the technology stick to it measured the material surface was introduced. Finally the measuring torque experiment were made which by separately adhered perm alloy, Fe-base amorphous alloy, Fe-hase amorphous nanometer alloy to the surface of a sample shaft, and the non-linear error, the repeatability errors as well as the sensitivity were obtained in three kind of situations. Test results show that this measuring technique is simple and convenient, more-over,it can improve the precision and the sensitivity of torque measurement.
