非接触式扭矩仪中的感应供电技术

摘要 为了实现非接触式扭矩仪中的转子电路的无线供电,设计了采用单管谐振变换和松耦合变压器的感应耦合电能传输系统,并且通过状态空间法对等效的电路拓扑进行了建模分析。实验结果表明:可以使用该模型较为精确地分析电路的性能,同时,利用感应耦合供电系统中松耦合变压器原副边可分离的特点,可以实现非接触式扭矩仪中的无线感应供电,对类似应用也有一定的参考价值。 In order to make sure that rotary circuit of non-contact torque measurement functions correctly, an inductively coupled power transfer system,using a single power MOSFET as resonant converter, was presented. It was realized with a detachable and ironless high frequency transformer. Furthermore, this paper offered a state-space method for the analysis of the equivalent circuit. Experimental results show that this model is precise enough to analyze the equivalent circuit and the system is suitable for cordless power supply for non-contact torque measurement.
