摘要
充分考虑核燃料夹爪实际运行条件,采用可靠的可编程逻辑控制器,利用液压驱动与气压驱动分别实现载荷的上升、下降与夹爪的紧闭、解锁过程,提供了电气硬件与软件设计方案。实际结果表明,该试验平台控制灵活、操作简单、可靠性高,可以有效实现对核燃料夹爪的性能测试。
Considering the actual operating conditions of the gripper and using programmable logic controller, the load of raising-lowing and the gripper of locking and unlocking were implemented by hydraulic drive and pneumatic drive respectively. The design of the electric hardware and software were presented. The successful application in nuclear power plant shows that the control system of this experiment platform is agile in controlling, convenient in operation and high in reliability, and can be used to appraise the function of the fuel gripper.
