摘要
文中分析了光电型蛋白质芯片的工作原理及其测控系统,构建了以VB为软件开发平台、以锁相放大器(SR830)为核心设备的光电型蛋白质芯片测控系统。从通讯设计、光源控制、数据的实时动态显示、数据管理4个方面,对该系统的构建过程进行了介绍。该系统实现了用户通过电脑对测控系统的控制、实验数据的实时采集、动态绘图以及实验数据的管理等功能。
The analysis about the principle of photoelectric protein chips and their detection system were introduced. A measure and control system for photoelectric type protein chip was proposed based on the software developing platform, Visual Basic, and the central equipment ,lock-in amplifier(SR830). This system presented the process for constructing from four aspects,which were communication, illumination control, real-time data collection and display, and data management. With this system, users' control via computer can be implemented. And experimental data can be gathered in real-time, plotted dynamically and managed based on Access.
