摘要
介绍了某污水处理厂生产工艺流程,根据生产工艺和控制要求,设计和开发了一套污水远程监控系统,生产厂区内设备采用S7-300 PLC作为主控制器,并利用Profibus现场总线和工业以太网分别实现PLC和现场设备、监控中心上位机之间的通讯链接。针对众多污水提排泵站较分散且分布范围广的特点,系统采用S7-200 PLC作为现场RTU,利用GPRS无线网络进行数据传输。该系统具有实时性好、可靠性高、易于扩展的特点,并已在实际生产中得到成功应用,取得了良好的控制效果。
This paper briefly introduced the production process of a sewage treatment plant. According to the production tech-nique and control requirements, a sewage remote monitoring system was designed and developed. For the equipments in the factory region, S7 - 300 PLC was used as the master controller. The Profibus fieldbus and the industrial Ethernet were separately used to achieve the communication between PLC and field devices, and the communication between PLC and the computers of the monitoring center. In view of the characteristics of many pump stations which were scattered and wide distributed, S7 - 200 PLC as on-the-spot RTU were adopted to the system. Meanwhile, GPRS wireless network was utilized to carry on data transmission. This system has the features of good real-time property, high reliability and easy to be expanded. It is successfully applied in practical production and a- chieves good control effect.
