不同输精时间和次数对母猪人工授精效果的影响研究

实验旨在探讨不同输精时间和次数对母猪人工授精效果的影响。选择45头后备母猪,随机分成3组进行对比试验。A组静立就配,之后每隔12h再配,直至发情结束。B组静立后12h配,之后隔24h再配1次,然后不再配种。C组静立就配,之后隔12h再配1次,然后不再配种。实验结果表明,A组返情率13.33%,B组返情率6.7%,C组返情率33.33%。A、B组间差异不显著,P>0.05。C组与A组、B组间差异显著,P<0.05。利用B组方法进行输精,能够在减少配种次数的基础上降低返情率,可以为猪人工授精在生产中的推广应用提供一定的参考。

This study was designed to investigate the effect of sow artificialinsemination with different insemination time and number. 45 gilts were selected randomly to divided into 3 groups. Group A of vigil on the distribution, then matched every 12h until the end of estrus. Group B with 12h after the vigil, followed by a matched every 24h, and then no longer breeding. Group C vigil on the distribution, every 12h matched once, and then no longer breeding. The result indicated that re-service of group A was 13.33%, group B was 6.7%, group C was 33.33%.There was not a significant contrast between group A and group B, P〉 0.05. But there was a significant contrast between group A and group C or group B and group C, P 〈0.05. With methods of group B, we could decrease breeding number of times and degrade re-service rate. It could provid some reference to the generalization and application of swine artificial insemination.
