天然沸石对磷的吸附研究 被引量:9

Study on phosphorus adsorption abilitis of natural zeolite adsorbents

摘要 天然沸石经DSC-TGA,XRD以及SEM分析,对照不同温度下焙烧的试样对含磷废液中磷的吸附行为,得出了沸石结构变化与其吸附能力之间的对应关系.结果显示,沸石吸附剂的孔洞结构以及焙烧所致的结构和化学变化对其吸附能力有显著影响.700℃下焙烧3 h的沸石吸附磷的能力最强.沸石磷吸附剂的吸附机理为非单纯的物理吸附或化学吸附,在吸附的过程中可能发生了化学变化,其吸附行为可用二次曲线较好地拟合. Natural zeolite adsorbents were analyzed by DSC -TGA curves, XRD spectra and SEM images, and their adsorption characters were surveyed after been sintered under different temperatures. The relationship between structure change and adsorption abilities of natural zeolite had been revealed. It can be seen that micro - cavities of natural zeolite absorbents and structural change and possible chemical reactions during sintering process may influence their adsorption abilities dramatically. Natural zeolite absorbent sintered under 700 ℃ for 3 hours has the best phosphorous adsorption ability. The phosphorous adsorption mechanism of nature zeolite is not pure physical or chemical adsorption, and chemical reactions may happen during the adsorption process, and their adsorption character can be fitted by quadratic function.
