摘要
采用毛细管流变仪对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)的流变行为进行了具体分析。结果表明:PP-R的黏度随温度变化的敏感性不大;随着剪切速率的提高,PP-R的黏度明显降低(剪切变稀);入口压力降(P0)与温度和剪切速率均有关温,度升高P,0减小剪,切速率增大P,0升高。
The rheological behavior of polypropylene random copolymer(PP-R) was analyzed by capillary rheometer.The results show that the viscosity of PP-R doesn't change obviously with the change of temperature;the viscosity of PP-R decreases obviously with the increase of shear rate;the entrance pressure drop(P0) is affected by temperature and shear rate,P0 decreases with the increase of temperature or decrease of shear rate.
