摘要
用树脂共缩聚的改性方法制备了密胺模塑料,以改善其力学性能。密胺模塑料中纤维素用量为55 phr时,其力学性能最佳;密胺树脂的甲醛/三聚氰胺(F/M)越大,密胺模塑料的力学性能越好,挥发分越高;随着固化剂用量的增加密,胺模塑料的力学性能先提高后降低当,其用量为1.0 phr时密,胺模塑料的综合性能最好。
The melamine-formaldehyde molding plastics were prepared by copolydensation to improve its mechanical properties.The results show that the mechanical properties of the melamine-formaldehyde molding plastics are the best when cellulose content is 55 phr;with the increase of formaldehyde/melamine(F/M) ratio,the mechanical properties of melamine-formaldehyde molding plastics improve,the volatile material content increases;with the increase of hardener content,the mechanical properties of melamine-formaldehyde molding plastics increase at first and then decrease,the optimum hardener content is 1.0 phr.
