基于Moldflow分析的汽车储物箱注塑模设计

Design of Injection Mold for Storage Tank of Vehicle Based on Moldflow Analysis

以汽车储物箱为实例,借助模流分析软件Moldflow对其浇口位置、充模时间、注射压力、气穴和熔接痕等进行模拟分析,根据分析结果有针对性地优化模具设计方案。并将分析结果用于实际生产中,取得了较好的效果。

Taking the molded part of storage tank of the vehicle as an example,the best gate location of the mold,filling time,injection pressure,cavitation and welding lines were analyzed by Moldflow software.The design plan of the injection mold was optimized according to the analysis results. The practical production is good by applying the analysis results in injection molding.
