摘要
目的探讨血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平与心房颤动之间的关系。方法研究对象为135例房颤患者,按能否自行复律分为阵发性房颤组及非阵发性房颤组,并选择同期健康人群30例作为对照组。非阵发性房颤组又分别按左心房内径(LAD>35mm,LAD≤35mm)分成亚组,测量所有房颤及正常对照组患者的血浆HDL-C的水平,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果 (1)阵发性房颤组和非阵发性房颤组的HDL-C水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);(2)非阵发性房颤组中LAD>35mm者HDL-C水平明显低于LAD≤35mm(P<0.01);(3)HDL-C浓度与LAD大小成负相关(r=-0.79,P<0.01)。结论证实HDL-C与房颤有关,血浆HDL-C水平降低可能是房颤的诱发因素之一,并参与了房颤的发展过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods A total of 135 patients with AF were divided into two groups according to spontaneously termination: paroxysmal AF group (n=63) and non-paroxysmal AF group (n=72). Thirty healthy individuals were selected as the control group. Patients in the non-paroxysmal AF group were further divided into two subgroups according to left atrial diameter (LAD): patients with LAD35 mm and patients with LAD≤35 mm. The plasma levels of HDL-C in the three groups were measured and statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results The plasma levels of HDL-C in the paroxysmal AF group and non-paroxysmal AF group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01). The plasma levels of HDL-C in the patients with LAD35 mm were significantly lower than that in the patients with LAD≤35 mm (P0.01). The plasma levels of HDL-C was negatively correlated with LAD size (r=-0.79, P0.01). Conclusion AF was correlated to the plasma level of HDL-C. The lowering of plasma HDL-C levels may be one of the induction factors for AF, which may promote the progression of AF.
