摘要
目的研究正常睾丸组织和睾丸性不育症组织中Bim蛋白的表达,探讨其与睾丸性不育症的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法对10例正常睾丸组织和50例睾丸性不育症组织中生精细胞Bim蛋白的表达进行检测。结果生精细胞Bim蛋白的阳性表达率在睾丸性不育症中明显高于正常睾丸组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与生精障碍程度相关(P<0.05)。结论 Bim可能在睾丸性不育症的发生和发展中起作用。检测Bim表达水平,可以为临床评估和处理睾丸性不育症提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of Bim proteins in spermatogenic cell of testicular infertility, and to study the relationship between Bim proteins and testicular infertility. Methods The expression of Bim proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining SP method in 10 cases of normal testicular tissue and 50 cases of testicular infertility. Results The positive rate of Bim protein was significantly higher in the spermatogenic cell of testicular infertility than in normal testicular tissue (P0.05). Bim protein was found to be related with the degree of spermatogenesis impairment (P0.05).Conclusion Bim may play certain roles in the occurrence and development of testicular infertility. The detection of Bim expression levels provides a reference for the clinical assessment and treatment of testicular infertility.
