SLIPA喉罩在侧卧位全身麻醉手术中的应用体会

Application of streamlined liner of pharyns airway during general anesthesia in lateral position

目的观察SLIPA喉罩在侧卧位全身麻醉手术中气道管理的可行性。方法选取40例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,在侧卧位全身麻醉手术中使用SLIPA喉罩的患者。观察术中的PETCO2波形及数值、Pmax、SpO2的变化。记录一次喉罩放置成功率、满足手术通气需要的情况、手术医师对麻醉效果的评价。结果患者术中SpO2、PETCO2、Pmax均维持在正常范围,喉罩一次放置成功率为97.5%,满足手术通气需要的成功率为100%,手术医师对麻醉效果的满意率为100%。结论 SLIPA喉罩可以安全地应用于侧卧位全身麻醉手术患者的通气。

Objective To observe the feasibility of streamlined liner of pharyns airway （SLIPA） in airway management during general anesthesia in lateral position. Methods Fourty patients of ASAⅠ~Ⅱ treated by general anesthesia in lateral position with SLIPA were enrolled in this study. Intraoperative waveforms and values of PETCO2, Pmax, SpO2 were investigated. The success rate of laryngeal mask airways （LMA） placement, the fulfilling status for ventilation needs of surgery, and the assessment of surgeon on the effectiveness of anesthesia were recorded. Results The levels of SpO2, PETCO2, and Pmax remained within the normal range, and the success rate of LMA placement was 97.5%. The ventilation needs of surgery were 100 percent fulfilled, and the surgeon was 100 percent satisfied with the surgery. Conclusion SLIPA can be safely used in patients in anesthesia ventilation in lateral position.
