2006-2009年传染病科出院患者疾病谱分析

Analysis on the disease spectrum of patients admitted to the department of infectious disease in Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City from 2006 to 2009

目的分析我院传染病科出院患者的疾病谱变化,进一步做好传染性疾病的预防与控制工作。方法按照ICD-10国际标准对疾病进行分类,并对其构成、变化趋势等情况进行分析。结果我院传染病科4年间共收治2756例次患者,结核病始终占传染病科出院患者数的第一位,死亡病例主要为结核病、乙型肝炎。结论东莞地区基层医院主要感染性疾病是结核病、乙型肝炎、细菌性痢疾等;需要预防突发传染病的发生。

Objective To analyze the disease spectrum in the department of infectious disease in order to prevent and control infectious disease. Methods The diseases were classified according to international classification of diseases （ICD-10） and analyzed for composition and tendency. Results A total of 2 756 patients were admitted to the department of infectious disease from 2006 to 2009. Tuberculosis was found to be the top-ranked disease. Fatality mainly appeared in Tuberculosis and Hepatitis B. Conclusion The main infectious diseases in Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City were Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B and Bacillary dysentery. It is of great importance to prevent the outbreak of infectious diseases.
