曹颖甫常用药剂量的统计分析

Statistical analysis of dosage of CAO Ying-fu commonly used drugs

文章应用文献计量分析手段,对曹颖甫临床著作《经方实验录》和《曹颖甫先生医案》中的方药系统化,数字化整理,总结出现频次大于10次的30味常用药物,对其不同剂量频次分类整理,得出曹颖甫常用药物的使用剂量,借助医学统计知识计算常用药物的常用剂量范围。将曹颖甫常用药的剂量与张仲景用量比较,分析总结曹颖甫常用药物的剂量规律。本研究为经方方药剂量研究提供更多的思路,为《药典》及《中药学》教材中剂量的标准设定提供更具体和详实的参考。

By using literature metrological analysis method,this paper conducted systemetic and numerical analysis over clinical medication appearing in Record of Classical Prescription and CAO Ying-fu＇s Clinical Cases written by CAO Ying-fu and summarized 30 kinds of commonly used TCM drugs mentioned more than 10 times in the above two literatures.By assorting the drugs according to mentioned times of different dose,the dosage of commonly used medicine mentioned by CAO Ying-fu were drawn into conclusion and medical statistic knowledge were used to calculate their common dose range.By comparing dosage of commonly used Chinese medicine between CAO Ying-fu and ZHANG Zhong-jing,dose discipline used by CAO Ying-fu were analyzed and summarized.This study provided wide thought for research on prescription dosage and should be referred to in detail while setting dose creterian for teaching materials known as Pharmacopeia and Chinese Materia Medica.
