中医证候客观化研究进展

The overview of TCM syndrome objective research progress

文章着手于中医证候客观化研究现状,从四诊信息采集、证候群特异性生物学基础研究、中医证候模型的建立以及证候辨证方法客观化4个方面进行阐述,提出四诊信息客观化是中医证候客观化的前提;系统生物学和生物信息分析技术的快速发展为证候生物学物质基础的探索提供了可行条件;方证结合和建立证候动物模型是证候研究的重要突破口;复杂系统理论为辨证客观化提供新方法。证候客观化研究应当从中医整体性出发,多学科交叉共同参与。

The paper started in the objectification of TCM syndrome Research,in which four major aspects of objective explanations were proposed： the four diagnostic information collection,basic research on syndrome specific biological groups,TCM syndrome models establishment and the objective methods of syndrome differentiation.And,put forward four diagnostic information objective is the primary problem,the rapid development of systems biology and bioinformatics provides a feasible condition for the exploration of syndrome biological material basis,animal models of syndromes establishment,according to theoretical source that prescriptions corresponding to syndromes,is an important breakthrough,and the complex systems theory provides a new method for objective syndrome differentiation.To sum up,TCM syndrome objective research is a multi-interdisciplinary subject and should respect the holistic concept.
