摘要
目的:探讨中药复方糖障明对糖尿病大鼠骨髓造血细胞的影响。方法:将链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病模型的大鼠随机分为糖障明治疗组(即中药高、中、低3个剂量)、阴性对照组、降糖灵对照组,以同龄正常大鼠为正常对照组。各实验组在给药2个月后进行骨髓有核细胞的检查。结果:中药低剂量组的原始+早幼粒细胞明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),阴性对照组的晚幼粒细胞较正常对照组及降糖灵对照组明显降低(P<0.01);各实验组嗜碱性粒细胞均较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.05);中药低剂量组的单核细胞明显低于降糖灵对照组及正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方糖障明不仅对骨髓造血系统无抑制作用,而且低剂量的中药复方糖障明可能还有激活可溶性生长因子,增强抑制程序性细胞死亡(PCD)活性的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tangzhangming Decoction on bone marrow hematopoietic cells of diabetic rats.Methods: The diabetic rats were introduced by streptozotocin.The diabetic rats were randomly divided into treated group with Tangzhangming(traditional Chinese medicine group),negative control group and phenformin control group.As normal control group,the rats were identical with the experimental groups.After 2 months of treatment,the bone marrow hematopoietic cells of rats were measured.Results: Compared with the normal control group,the original neutrophils and promyelocytes were decreased markedly in low dose group of Tangzhangming(P0.05),but with hematopoietic cells became mature,these difference disappeared.The late promyelocytic cells in negative control group were significantly lower than those in normal control group(P0.01).Compared with the normal control group,basophils of diabetic rats in all experimental groups were decreased markedly(P0.05).The monocytes in low dose group of Tangzhangming were significantly lower than the phenformin control group and normal control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Tangzhangming Decoction could not inhibit bone marrow hematopoietic system,Tangzhangming Decoction in low doses might also activate soluble growth factors,enhance inhibition of programmed cell death(PCD).
