剥落苔与病位证素的相关性

Study of the relationship between peeled tongue coating and syndrome elements

目的:探讨剥落苔与病位证素的相关性,促进中医诊断规范化的发展。方法:对7 680例当代名医医案、1 018例临床病例中剥落苔与病位证素的关系进行研究,并用双层频权剪叉算法计算出剥落苔对病位证素的诊断权值。结果:剥落苔病例中出现频率较高且剥落苔对其诊断权值较高的病位证素是肝、肾、肺、胃。结论:病位证素中,剥落苔与肝、肾、肺、胃有较为密切的关系。

Objective： To explore into the relationship between peeled tongue coating and syndrome elements of internal organs so as to promote the standardization of TCM diagnoses.Methods： 7 680 cases recorded by contemporary famous doctors and 1 018 other clinical cases were collected.In all of these cases,peeled tongue coating was related to syndrome elements of internal organs.The frequency of peeled tongue coating for every syndrome element was calculated.Results： The rate of peeled tongue coating for syndrome elements of the liver,kidney,lung and stomach was relatively high.Conclusion： There is a close relationship between peeled tongue coating and the liver,kidney,lung and stomach.
