中医发展现状与现代化的若干问题思考

Some problems about the developing situation and modernization of TCM

文章从李约瑟难题引出目前中医发展缓慢的现状,简要分析其原因。重点从中西医学方法论的差异入手,指出中西医学方法论的差异与互补性;从中医具有自然科学和人文学科的双重属性的角度来阐述中医学的发展规律,探讨中医走现代化发展道路过程中的若干问题。同时,认为中医学发展必须遵循自身规律及特点,做到方法论的变革与切实提高临床疗效并重,还应坚持不懈地推动中医药的理论创新,努力推进中医药现代化。

This paper describes the current status of the slow development of TCM,from the Joseph Needham problems,and analyzes its causes.Paper focuses on differences between Chinese and Western Medicine,points out the methodological differences and complementarity between Chinese and Western medicine;elaborates the development law of TCM with the dual property of science and humanities,discusses several problems of the modernization of TCM.Also,holds that TCM development must follow its own law and character,we should pay equal attention to changing methodology and effectively improving the clinical efficacy,diligently promote the theory innovation and the modernization of TCM.
