类风湿关节炎患者生活质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis of life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:评价贵阳市区就诊类风湿关节炎(RA)患者生活质量。方法:以本院就诊的门诊和住院RA患者为研究对象,采用生活质量表进行问卷调查。结果:258例RA患者中,生活质量总积分值最高值111分,最低分41分,平均(75.93±15.28)分,生活质量比较差占45.59%,生活质量很差者占6.82%。生活质量总积分在不同的性别、年龄及病程RA患者间无统计学意义。结论:贵阳地区就诊RA患者生活质量普遍较差,生理功能受损最严重。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） untreated in Guiyang.Methods： 258 patients were investigated by direct questioning using an uniform questionnaire of the graph of the quality of life included physical function,social function emotional function self-recognized health status.Results： In the 258 cases of RA patients,the highest total score of survival quality was 111,and the lowest was 41,the average score was（75.93±15.28）.The worse survival qualities accounted for 45.59%,and the worst accounted for 6.82%.No significant difference had found in Survival quality and depressive symptoms of RA patients arrange various genders,ages.Conclusion： RA patients suffered from serious effects of their life quality with emotional function and healthy body in GuiYang,Such that,the RA patients should be treated early.
