藏药八味沉香散50%醇提液对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学的影响 被引量:7

Effect of 50% ethanol-extract from Bawei Chenxiang Powder on hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia rats

摘要 目的:观察藏药八味沉香散50%醇提液对垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血大鼠的血流动力学的影响。方法:实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、复方丹参片组、八味沉香散50%醇提液大、小剂量组,采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素复制急性心肌缺血模型,测定注射垂体后叶素后不同时间点各组大鼠血流动力学指标:平均动脉压(MBP)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左心室等容期压力最大变化速率(±dp/dt max)。结果:八味沉香散50%醇提液大、小剂量组LVSP、-LVEDP、±dp/dt max明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对大鼠平均动脉压(MBP)无影响。结论:藏药八味沉香散50%醇提液能明显改善垂体后叶素引起心肌缺血大鼠的心脏收缩和舒张功能。 Objective: The study was designed to evaluate the effect of 50% ethanol-extract from Bawei Chenxiang Powder on hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia ratsinduced by pituitrin.Methods: The experimental rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,positive control group and two dose Bawei Chenxiang Powder groups.A myocardial ischemia model on rats was established.After injecting pituitrin different time,The MBP,LVSP,LVEDP and(±dp/dt max) were measured.Results: In the pretreated with Bawei Chenxiang Powder,compared with the model group,showed higher LVSP,-LVEDP,±dp/dt max,(P0.05 or P0.01),but there were no significant difference on the MBP between the both groups.Conclusions: The 50% ethanol-extract from Bawei Chenxiang Powder can improve the function of systole and diastole and histological changes of hearts with pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia.
