农民工政治参与的出现与发展,彰显了我国公民政治生活的发展。目前农民工政治参与存在现状不容乐观,主要呈现出流动和边缘化的特点。农民工政治参与方式主要有制度性和实证性的两种分类。目前农民工政治参与主要受到外部因素如制度、经济组织和内部因素如个人素质和政治文化等因素的影响。农民工政治参与的发展关系到和谐社会和社会主义政治文明的发展,应从环境、制度和个人能力等方面推动农民工政治参与发展。

The emergence and development of political participation of migrant workers shows the development of citizen political life of China, which present situation is not optimistic, showing the main features of flow and marginalized. The two forms of political participation of migrant workers are mainly institutional and empirical. Political participation of migrant workers at present are mainly affected by external factors such as systems, economic organization and internal factors such as personal qualities and political culture. The development of political participation of migrant workers is related to the harmonious society and the development of socialist political civilization, it is necessary to promote the development of political participation of migrant workers from the environment, institutional and individual capacity etc.
